Peter runs a large commercial farm certified by the Soil Association. His work ensures that food is grown without harmful chemicals and with full respect for soil health.
He understands that nutrient quality begins in the ground. Poor soil leads to weaker food. Strong soil builds stronger bodies.
Alongside farming, Peter produces more than 50 fermented products. Fermentation supports gut health, immunity, and nutrient absorption — key pillars of long-term wellbeing.
His role in our team is to protect food integrity. He reminds us that health is not just about what we eat — but how it is grown.
He brings the foundation of real nutrition to everything we do.
